Your kitchen includes: sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, glasses and cups, cleaning products, pots and table.
The bathroom has a shower, hot water service, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, soap, and shower cap.
Includes among others: smart TV and RoKu system, WiFi, iron and board, air conditioning, smoke detector, closet with tablets, cleaning supplies such as broom, dustpan, bucket, mop.
Parking is private and is arranged in front of our facilities. We have one parking space available per apartment.
Our facilities are connected to and depend exclusively on the public service for the utilities of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority and the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority. The reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these utilities will not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or to any type of refund.
The internet service is a courtesy one enabled according to the availability of the service of the supplying company.
