Julio César was born from the idea of our owners, Wilmer Matos and Katia Concepción, to bring an elegant and authentic culinary experience that transports their clients to the streets of Italy. Accompanied by our chef Diego Bongiovanni and our sommelier Stefania Bobbio, we prepare a menu with fresh pasta, Neapolitan pizzas, and traditional Italian dishes from different regions.
