Get a bird's eye view of Puerto Rico's lush landscapes on a zipline adventure.

Ziplining

With steep mountains and spectacular scenery, ziplining has become a popular activity on the island, and there are several companies spread across a handful of locations for you to choose.

Be as courageous as Jimmy Fallon and soar over the forest on The Monster, the second longest zipline in the world, while you enjoy some of the most breathtaking views of the island. This 1.5 mile-long zipline is set in Toro Verde Nature Adventure Park, an eco-park nestled in the mountains of Orocovis. Toro Verde, which happens to be the largest aerial park in the western hemisphere, boasts several ziplines and courses to challenge your fearless spirit.

Another memorable zipline adventure takes place in El Yunque, the only tropical rainforest in the U.S. National Forest System. With various companies offering tours, take a chance to sail from tree to tree and from platform to platform until you reach the edge of the forest and back. Cruise through the lush canopies as you embrace nature and explore this unique location from a bird’s-eye view.

See the island from above as you zipline through the uppermost peaks in Puerto Rico through the town of Jayuya and the highest rainforest in Puerto Rico – Toro Negro. Hiking, rappelling, and ziplining are part of an exciting adventure that awaits in the Central Mountain region of the island.

Pro-tip: Wear closed shoes and comfortable attire, bring water and sunblock.
