About
The Teatro Yagüez was inaugurated in 1909 as a silent film venue. After a fire in 1919, the theatre was completely rebuilt in the baroque style, and in 1976 it received official recognition as a historical architectural landmark. Nowadays, the theatre hosts concerts, locally produced plays, ballet performances, and more.
