Zubarista was born in the town of Moca, where we are dedicated to sharing the rich history of Puerto Rico’s coffee culture, teaching the art of barista craft, and serving 100% Puerto Rican Arabica coffee.
Our purpose is for every lesson and every cup to become a memorable taste of our island. Our goal is to contribute to all stages of coffee production in Puerto Rico and create a truly authentic Puerto Rican coffee experience.
