The day begins with breakfast at The Grill, followed by an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start on the clifftop course in a 4-person scramble format, and continues with festive food and live entertainment from 2:004:00 p.m., featuring lechón, pasteles, arroz con gandules, and the warmth of Octavitas.
