Primer Festival Anual de Fermentación

The Meliá Century Hotel invites you to its first Fermentation Festival on July 8 and 9. This outdoor Festival celebrates the culture of fermented food and beverages, featuring dozens of local artisan businesses that make and sell items such as rum, kimchi, kombucha, wine, coffee, chocolate, cheese, bread, and beer.

The festival will feature an artisan market, workshops and presentations, fermented beverage tastings, and more.
