Puerto Rico Cocktail Week 2023

Puerto Rico Cocktail Week (PRCW) will celebrate its fifth edition between November 12 and 18 at La Concha Resort and the official bars throughout the Island. The cocktail event in the Caribbean will unite professionals from the hospitality industry and consumers in a week of seminars, competitions, launches, and social events to showcase the best of local cocktails on an international stage.

The cocktail week will begin with an opening event at La Concha Resort, then continue with educational seminars offered by specialized resources such as Manolo López, a Puerto Rican chef, producer and creator of the pop-up project Mofongo-Go; LP O'Brien, entrepreneur and winner of the Netflix series Drink Masters; and Tara Fougner, co-founder and CEO of Thisty Magazine, and one of the most influential figures in the cocktail industry, according to Drinks International.
