Trova & Coquito Fest

Puerto Rico continues to celebrate Christmas, and as a prelude to National Coquito Day, Bacardi will pay tribute to the iconic beverage in a gathering of culinary and musical culture. The event's main attraction is a coquito mixology competition whose primary goal is to promote our Christmas traditions and provide an opportunity to showcase competitors' talents from each restaurant.

The 12 restaurants, with their competing mixologists, will offer the attending public a free tasting of their coquito competition recipes. William Collazo will lead the judging panel from the Puerto Rico Bartenders Association, along with other culinary industry professionals who will also be responsible for selecting the winner and finalists through in-person voting.
