Almaviva's innovative menu concept is a fusion of techniques that draws inspiration from the culinary traditions of Latin-Caribbean, Asian, and French cuisine— without losing the original essence of each region. Each dish is prepared with an emphasis on simplicity, letting the fresh local ingredients shine through. Chef Juan Peña's passion for cooking has always been a constant in his life, starting with his grandmother's stews and his father's garden. His technique was mastered under the masters Boulud and Vongerichten. Almaviva's fusion menu is a reflection of these experiences, albeit with the chef's own flair.

Business lunch: From 11:00 am Tuesday through Friday, regular menu dinner and prix fixe menu $ 29.00 per person includes a choice of 3 appetizers, 3 main courses, and 2 desserts. We also have private rooms for activities.
