The coffee that is presented to you begins its production at exactly 2,500 feet elevation and it is positioned at the latitude 18° above the Equator. “Latitude 18° Coffee” is the result of our love for creating a quality product with hard work and the obsessive pursuit of perfection of our products as our priority.
Each harvest is collected by hand in our estate in the mountains of Adjuntas; it is 100% Arabica coffee from our island and it is administered with the highest quality standards in the industry. Our coffee culminates in the roasting process with a floral aroma and a light medium roast that offers an exquisite balance between acidity and body, revealing notes of chocolate, nuts and honey in your cup. Although we suggest the method of traditional extraction or espresso, the best method to enjoy it is the one that the consumer prefers.
