Steps beach

Steps beach is located on the Island's west coast in Rincón, a town known as Puerto Rico's surfing center. During the winter surf season, surfers flock to Steps to catch some of the town's best waves. Once the waves die down, Steps transforms into a quiet swimming beach and a great snorkeling spot.
